and even some older brands such as Admiral and some specialty brands such as IKEA

Efficient Technicians has a few products designed to give old equipment new life such as recondition and deep clean, before you decide to replace, bring the equipment to us for a free assessment.

We have technicians who have the skills to help you with both domestic and commercial appliances.

Quotes, Estimates & Billing

A quote is binding for efficient technicians for the validity period and the work will be done for the quoted amount. An estimate is issued were some costs are expected to vary (e.g. a part is needed from and oversees manufacturer), and as such may be subject to slight changes.

All invoices are due on or before seven days after completion of work.

Terms of Service

That will depend on what exactly is damaged, but we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, and we guarantee you your appliance will be in good working order in a giffy.

We do both on-site and off-site repairs, so you can deliver your appliance to our shop for a quotation. On-site quotations may attract a call out fee, but this call out fee is waived should the quote be accepted.

We are always available for appliances that are delivered on weekends and holidays for no extra fee. We do not however do on-site repairs on weekends and holidays. On-site repairs may be available on Saturdays by appointment only.

Warranties

We provide a 3 month warranty on our repairs, provided in the 3 month period, the equipment hasn’t been attended to by another technician, and reasonable care has been taken of the appliance.

We do servicing of equipment that is under warranty, but as we may not be a registered center for your manufacturer, our service may not qualify for mandatory service under the terms of your warranty. But as Efficient Technicians, we stand behind our servicing work, and we guarantee to keep your equipment under working condition.

Payment Rules

Call out fees are only due on on-site quotations. All appliances brought to the shop are not subject to a call out fee. Additionally, should you accept our quote for an on-site job, the call out fee is waived.
